At systaro we build custom software for our clients — and you're involved from the first requirement to the live rollout. Code, architecture, reviews, release. You shape things, instead of just closing tickets.

Your working day morning daily, then deep work on a feature. At midday a colleague's code review, then sparring with a client about a UX detail. In the afternoon, refactoring a module that went live last week. No bullshit meetings, no endless refinements.

IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

You translate between clients and team, keep projects on course and make sure requirements turn into working software — pragmatic, honest, without methodology folklore.

Your working day on standup days a shared start, then a status call with a client. At midday, reworking the timeline because a requirement changed. In the afternoon, preparing a kick-off and having a developer's back. Lots of communication, little bureaucracy.

Quality & Support

Testing, QA & Support Specialist (m/f/d)

At systaro we build custom software — you make sure it delivers on its promise. From testing through QA to direct customer support, with a direct line to the engineering team.

Your working day a quick sync in the team daily, then into the tickets. In between, an onboarding call with new clients, sparring with a developer about a UX detail, a knowledge article that needs some polish. No two days are alike.
